We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/revDSG).

2. Our approach in short

• This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
• No fonts, scripts or content are loaded from third-party servers (for example Google).
• We only process the data you actively send us through the inquiry form or by email.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by an external hosting provider (Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA). When you visit the site, the provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver it securely: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system, referring URL. This data is used exclusively to operate and protect the website and is deleted by the provider after a short period.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure, stable operation of the website). We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Inquiry form and email contact

If you contact us through the form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, company, email address, optional phone number, segment, country, area of interest and your message) to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quote or partnership.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries). Form submissions are received and stored by our hosting provider (see section 3) and forwarded to us by email.

We delete your data once your inquiry has been fully handled, unless a business relationship follows or statutory retention periods apply. We will not add you to a newsletter or marketing list without your separate, explicit consent.

5. Recipients

Your data is not sold. Within the scope of your inquiry, we may share relevant details with the manufacturer ahead Co., Ltd. (Japan), for example for technical questions or project pricing. Japan benefits from an EU adequacy decision.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please contact us at the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your residence or place of work.
